Services for Churches and Charities
Introduction
We offer our services to churches and charities in the UK, no matter what the denomination. Our deposit account, available specifically for churches, charities or other non-corporate bodies offers some of the best rates available on the market today. If on the other hand you are seeking assistance with renovations, purchasing new property, or looking to extend your current property then we may be able to help.
Mortgages
We happily provide mortgages to churches and charities, subject to meeting our requirements. Whether it is for a church, a vicarage; housing for the homeless or a charitable retail outlet then give us a call today to find out more.
To discuss your mortgage needs please call us on 020 7222 6736 or email mortgages@catholicbs.co.uk
Savings Charity Deposit Account
Opening an account couldn’t be easier. If you are a member of the clergy; a parish committee or charity representative or even a club or society official then you can apply today. What’s more, if your organisation/body qualifies, you could earn interest tax-free.
Our account gives you the option of applying a notice period to withdrawals you make from the account. You can choose between immediate access, 7 days notice or 28 days notice. The longer the notice, the higher the interest rate your account will attract.
To apply for an account, simply download an application form, follow the instructions and send everything that is required, to us. Our freepost address can be found at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can visit our Westminster branch and open the account personally.
If you qualify for tax-free interest, please also download a declaration form below and send it with your completed application form. If the organisation/body currently pays tax, but at a later date qualifies for tax-free interest, a declaration can be submitted at that stage.
Check the current interest rates.
If you would like more information on the deposit account or have a question for us, please call 020 7222 6736 or email savings@catholicbs.co.uk
