Should you have the need to complain about our service, these can be made in writing, by email, telephone, by fax or face to face.

Complaints will normally be dealt with and be resolved by the member of staff receiving the complaint. If we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, the Secretary will acknowledge your complaint and will try to resolve it, normally within 5 working days.
If it is likely to take longer we will let you know how long we think it will take.
If you are not satisfied you can ask the Financial Services Ombudsman to look at your complaint. Please note, though, that you cannot ask the Ombudsman to investigate your complaint until our own procedures have finished and we have issued our final response to you.
